The Polish LTA (07/05-13/05/2023) constituted the last meeting of the project. Consequently, it formed an opportunity for the participating teachers to review the course of the project and pinpoint its strengths and weaknesses. On the other hand, it focused on the theme of folklore and tradition. The aim of its activities was to get participants familiar with local customs by having food as a reference point. Both students and teachers had a chance to discover old and often forgotten local recipes along with the way food was prepared in the past. The contact with old recipes and tools aroused students' interest in dealing with their equivalents when they returned home. In addition, since art has no boundaries, singing and dancing traditional folk songs strengthened the relationship between participants and helped them understand the similarities and differences that exist between European cultures. The aim of the workshops held in Poland was to make students aware of the importance of tradition in our lives, through the participation of many members of the local community, regardless of their age, gender or origin. In this way, they realized the way culture and tradition constitute strong and timeless bonds that have united Europeans so far and will help them build a common future together.
